Appointments

Therapy is tailored to address every client’s needs and goals and can vary between brief and longer treatments. Sessions are usually offered weekly to begin with and frequency may change as therapy progresses. The process and duration of therapy will be discussed and agreed collaboratively with each client according to their individual needs. How many sessions will I need?

Therapy is shaped according to each client’s goals and difficulties and can vary between brief and longer treatments. Some clients will benefit from short term therapy (e.g., 4-12 sessions) whereas for others longer-term therapy may be more appropriate (e.g., 20+ sessions). Anna will be happy to discuss this with you and review during therapy.

What will my first session be like?

During your first session, we explore your current concerns and establish the focus of therapy. It is also an opportunity to ask questions and decide if therapy is right for you. Sessions are 50 minutes. 

Health and Wellbeing During Covid 19

Currently, Anna provides all sessions online or via telephone to protect the health and wellbeing of clients during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Fees and cancellation policy

Fees available on request. 

Anna is an approved provider to major private health insurers.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact Anna as soon as possible Clients must give at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged in full.
